The dictionary starts empty. A word only becomes live — searchable in the translator — after it lands here as a submission and you approve it. Nothing the public submits goes live on its own.
- Pending shows new submissions waiting for you. Each card shows the English word and the proposed translations, plus any note the submitter left (e.g. which valley the word is from).
- Check the Pahari-Poonchi spelling/meaning. If a field needs a small fix, you can type a note; for bigger corrections, reject it with a reason and ask the contributor to resubmit.
- ✔ Approve makes the word live immediately. ✖ Reject keeps it out and records your reason.
- Use the tabs to review your history: Approved, Rejected, or All.
- If the same English word legitimately has more than one Pahari meaning (e.g. "bank" the riverbank vs. "bank" the financial one), approve both — add a short meaning/context note to each so the translator can tell them apart.
To add words yourself, use the Dictionary Manager — your own submissions also pass through this queue, so you approve them here too. That keeps every live word intentional. Bulk CSV import/export is below — import inserts directly into the live dictionary, since you're already authenticated.
